Kempi is one of the founders of the current Dutch urban and hip hop scene. Not only has his music made an indelible mark on the musical landscape, he has also been able to inspire many of the current headliners behind the scenes and assist their musical development into the artists they are today. In 2018, Kempi decided to substantiate his mentorship of upcoming talents with Kempi College. Here, he assists young talent in the area of management, label and publishing. He also works closely with major players such as Cloud 9 Music and House of Talent (SBS6) for creative partnerships.
